Voici une idée de recette simplissime pour vos apéritifs mais qui a eu beaucoup de succès chez moi! C'est chez la gentille "Véro" du blog link que je remercie pour cette découverte qui a fait son petit effet! J'ai choisi de faire deux versions, une avec du tarama et une autre avec du Boursin et les deux sont délicieuses! A vous de tester!

Pour 12 tranches dont 6 pour le tarama et 6 pour le Boursin ail et fines herbes

Préparation : 10 minutes

12 tranches de jambon de la mer

1 pot de tarama

1 Boursin ail et fines herbes tartinable

Sur un planche (pour moi, en verre), déposez une tranche de jambon de la mer, puis tartinez d'une bonne couche de tarama, roulez en serrant un peu et coupez en 4 petits morceaux.

Sur un pic en bois, mettez deux morceaux et répétez l'opération jusqu'à épuisement des ingrédients.

Procédez de la même façon avec le Boursin ail et fines herbes.
